Vive Cosmetics Que Matte Liquid Lipsticks

I am and always have been an advocate for shopping small businesses, specifically people of color owned businesses. While I focus a lot of my energy on Black owned businesses, I have neglected other people of color owned businesses.  Recently I decided to do some research to find Latina owned businesses and I found so many!  I will continuously have more blog posts talking about the brands that I have found, but the first one that I want to focus on is Vive Cosmetics! This Latina owned business is a two person team specializing in everything lip, from matte liquid lipsticks, glosses, bullet lipsticks and now lip scrubs! I picked up three of their matte liquid lipsticks; Selena Forever, Morentina and Amor Eterno.  I really love the vibrant color of these lipsticks! They go on so smoothly and so opaque. The formula is matte and it dries down very comfortably on the lips. And once it is on the lips, it is not moving at all! It does not budge! Which I love!  The color that I have on my lips is Selena Forever, it is one of their most popular shades. It is a purplish color. Morenita is a very pretty brown and Amor Eterno is a bold red.  I really enjoy the applicator because the one side has a point so I can line my lips and the other side I can use to fill my lips. You do not need a lot of product! I will usually wipe off the excess before I apply. It is really important to let the product dry down before doing anything else. It doesn't take long for the lipstick to dry down you just have to wait a minute or two and then it does not move and it does not budge but it also is very comfortable on the lips. I put it on in the morning and it lasts all day! I highly recommend these lipsticks and I'm so happy to support this Latina owned brand. While I was doing my research searching for Latina owned brands this one literally came up in every single article. It came highly recommended so I was extremely excited to buy something from them and support! If you love liquid lipsticks you will definitely love these and this formula!
