Tulle Embellished Caftan Dress

I found this gorgeous fabric at Fabric Wherehouse here in Dallas, Texas. I black, lightweight tulle embellished with grey, silver and black sequins. It’s absolutely beautiful as a caftan dress and even more so belted.
